What is excluded
- CRM licence fees where the plan is not the one named in scope
- Data migration from a previous system, quoted on volume
- Ad spend and media budget — paid directly to the platform, never to Vibence
- Third-party licences, stock media and premium tool subscriptions
- Government, registrar and platform fees where any apply
- Taxes — rates are shown ex-GST with the GST-inclusive figure alongside
- Work outside the scope list above, which is quoted separately rather than absorbed
What you provide
- A list of your current pipeline stages
- Access to the mailbox or forms the leads arrive through
- A named point of contact who can approve work
- Feedback within 5 working days, so the schedule holds
How it runs
- 1Order and scope lock
You order at the published rate. The scope list above is attached to the order and fixed from that point. Payment goes into escrow.
- 2Kickoff and access
Within one working day we confirm the brief and request the access listed under what you provide. The clock starts when access lands.
- 3Baseline and plan
Audit, competition and keyword analysis, baseline rankings and the plan for month one. Delivered as a document you approve.
- 4Month one delivery
The scope volumes above are executed in full. Work is visible in the order as it lands, not only at month end.
- 5Monthly report
A written report against the same scope lines every month, so month three is comparable with month one.
- 6Approval and release
You approve the month. Only then does Vibence release that month from escrow.
What you receive
- A written baseline document in month one
- Everything listed in the scope above, at the stated volume, every month
- A monthly written report covering strategy, build, deliverability
- A running activity log inside the order, updated as work lands
- Direct access to the delivery team by email, chat and phone
About this service
Email & lifecycle Business — 8 broadcasts a month is the business tier of this line, at ₹50,000/month, carrying 17 line items in its scope with 3 scope options in the ladder above it.
Email and lifecycle marketing is the only channel where you own the audience outright. No platform can throttle your reach or reprice your access overnight. The work splits in two: automated flows triggered by what somebody does, and broadcasts sent to a segment. Flows do most of the revenue and get least of the attention, which is usually where the opportunity sits.
What the rate excludes
Excluded: the sending platform licence and sending costs, billed to you directly so the list and the account stay yours, list purchase of any kind which we will not do, and product photography. Any legal copy you are required to carry comes from you.
Who it suits
Any business with repeat purchase, a considered sales cycle or a database it has been collecting and not using. Ecommerce stores see the fastest return because the triggers are obvious and the revenue is attributable. Service businesses see slower but steadier returns from nurture and reactivation.
How the tiers differ
By the number of automated flows built and broadcasts sent each month. Flows are the compounding part — once a welcome or abandoned-cart sequence is live it earns every month without further cost. Broadcasts are the variable part and the one that needs a calendar.
How to judge it
Revenue per recipient rather than open rate. Open rate stopped being trustworthy once mail clients began pre-fetching images and it flatters every programme equally. Watch list growth against unsubscribe rate as well, because a programme that grows revenue while burning the list is borrowing from next year.
What you have to do
Give platform access, agree the segmentation and resist sending to everybody. The single fastest way to damage deliverability is sending frequently to people who never open, and the programme will recommend suppressing them long before a mailbox provider makes the decision for you.
On deliverability
Authentication records, list hygiene, sending reputation and inbox placement monitoring are all in scope. Nobody can promise the inbox because mailbox providers decide. What can be done is removing every cause you control and telling you plainly when the remaining cause is list quality.
Frequently asked
Is the sending platform included?
No. Platform licence and sending costs are excluded and billed to you directly, so the list and the account stay yours. We work inside whatever you already run.
Will this fix my emails going to spam?
Deliverability work is in scope — authentication records, list hygiene, sending reputation and inbox placement monitoring. No one can promise the inbox, because mailbox providers decide. What we can do is remove the causes you control and tell you honestly when the remaining cause is list quality.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, for every flow and broadcast in the scope. Product photography and any legal copy you are required to carry come from you.
What counts as a flow?
An automated sequence triggered by behaviour rather than a date — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and the like. A broadcast is a one-off send to a segment. The tier sets how many of each you get each month.
What decides the tier?
Volume, not quality. The same team delivers every tier — the tier sets how many keywords, pages, posts or articles you get each month.
Is the published rate the final price?
Excluded from the rate: ad spend, third-party licences and expert review fees, which are billed at cost. Everything in the scope list is covered by the published rate for the term shown. GST is added at 18% and shown alongside.
Is the scope really fixed?
Yes. Scope is agreed at the point of order, so it does not drift once work starts. New scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed.
When does my money actually move?
Not at order. Payment sits in escrow and is released only when you approve the delivery.
What happens if I am not happy?
Do not approve the delivery. Raise it inside the order, and if it cannot be resolved, Vibence reviews the brief against what was delivered before releasing anything.
Can I cancel a monthly retainer?
Yes, at the end of any paid month unless a minimum term is stated on this page. Work already delivered and approved is not refunded.
Who actually does the work?
Vibence owns the package, the scope and the rate. A vetted partner in the network delivers it against this exact scope and rate.
