What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for identity numbers or documents through this website form.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the service. We do not sell it.
Who sees it
Your request is visible to the Vibence team and to the partner firm assigned to your service. Our website and database providers process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and for our records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

To access, correct or delete your information or to withdraw consent, write to hello@vibence.com.
