Our role
Vibence arranges business compliance services and manages your request. The professional work is performed by independent chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates and other professionals in the Vibence partner network, who remain responsible for their professional work. Vibence is not a law firm and does not give legal opinions.
Quotes and fees
Published prices are professional fees. Government fees, stamp duty and GST are extra unless stated. Before any payment we confirm the scope and an itemised total in writing. Work starts once you accept the quote and make the agreed payment.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents, to respond to requests in reasonable time, and to review drafts before they are filed. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not our responsibility.
Government decisions
Approvals, registrations and timelines depend on government authorities. We cannot guarantee an approval, a name, a trademark, or a timeline, and we never promise legal outcomes.
Free inclusions
Complimentary items such as Ambition Pro access and domain registration at cost are offered with paid packages on the terms shown at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fee you paid for that engagement.
