Refund policy
Clear rules on refunds, written before you pay.
Before work starts
If you cancel after paying but before any work has started, we refund the professional fee in full, less any payment-gateway charges.
After work starts
Once drafting, filing or other work has begun, refunds are proportionate to the work not yet performed. Fees for steps already completed are not refundable.
Government fees
Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges paid on your behalf cannot be refunded by us once paid to the authority.
Rejections
If an application is rejected because of an error on our side, we will correct and refile at no extra professional fee. Rejections due to information you provided, or decisions of an authority, are not grounds for a refund.

Write to hello@vibence.com with your request details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
